Unified Dialogs develops, sells and implements Interact. Interact is the software that we base our services upon and it has been under development since 1994. some charesteristics of the software:

• Meta- data driven specification of questionnaires, rules and templates
• Reliable in large- scale projects
• Multimedia
• Central or distributed set- up
• Multilanguage
• Template based analysis and reports
• "Host system" for proprietary models & methods
• Industrial production in research field work and reporting

The system consists of two main parts:

• Dialog Manager (DM). DM is a Windows application that is used to design questionnaires, handle respondents and generate statistics and reports.
   
• Dialog Server (DS). DS is a server application that handles all interactive dialogs (web, wap, telephone DTMF).

• Translation administration system
• Reports' Bank
• Interview Stations
• XSHOW - for image processing

Some of our clients have acquired a license of the software and use the system themselves, but most clients use our hosting solutions.
