Unified Dialogs develops, sells and implements Interact. Interact is the software that  we base our services upon and it has been under development since 1994.

The system consists of two main parts:

  • Dialog Manager (DM). DM is a Windows application that is used to design questionnaires, handle respondents and generate statistics and reports.
     
  • Dialog Server (DS). DS is a server application that handles all interactive dialogs (web, wap, telephone DTMF).
