Unified Dialogs provide survey related services and products, based on our
technology platform, that we also license to some of our customers.

- FöreningsSparbanken (combining results from different surveys into
advanced reports tailored for about 1000 managers and distributed via a webbased
reports bank)
- The National Post and Telecom Agency, PTS, survey of broadband issues
in different geographical areas on different levels – altogether 25
counties, 290 municipalities and 2000 population centres were involved.
- Swedish National Agency for Education, evaluation of education in the
9th grade in 120 schools with altogether 40 000 completed webbased and 60 000
completed paper questionnaires and knowledge tests.

Interact is used mainly by research- and marketing departments on
larger companies and organizations, but it is also used by small research- or
CRM companies. The development started 1994 and currently there are 40 man-years
efforts in the system.
